My daughter cracked her phone & warranty wouldn't replace it b/c it was cracked. I took it here & her phone was fixed good as new. It took less than 45 mins for them to fix it. Update 6/24/2020: My son was having an issue with his phone not coming on. It was just a black screen with the Apple logo. Verizon was no help at all and usually isn't in my experience when it comes to Apple products. Anyway, I took it to CPR and it was nothing for them to get my son's phone back up and running. And a couple of weeks before that I had an audio issue with my iPad and they explained everything to me and it is now working good as new. I tell everyone that need repairs to go there. They are wonderful, fast, and don't overcharged.
