I am from UK. Damaged my MS Surface Pro 4 screen in early December. UK repair shop were out of stock and, when back in stock, were offering 3-10 WORKING DAYS !!! to repair. Totally unacceptable given my travel schedule for next two months. What a contrast with CPR!! I called up last Friday (5th), discussed problem, new screen ordered and paid for. Went off skiing for the week. Received email on Tuesday 9th saying screen arrived. Dropped off tablet Friday 12th at 6:45 pm. Called Saturday noon, repair completed so went down and collected it within the hour. Computer working perfectly and nice tidy job done on the replacement. Simply brilliant, outstanding job. Many thanks for fixing something that back in UK seemed to be "just too difficult".
