After almost 13 years I decided it was time to buy a new vehicle but I was dreading the process. I went to the Auto Show and picked out the SUV I wanted, a Subaru Forester. I did my research on pricing and was ready to start the process. Sunny from Gillman Subaru North called, asked me to come in and said he would try to make my car buying experience as painless as possible. From the moment I arrived he was professional and helpful. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle and very patient when I asked question after question. I was a bit intimidated by all the bells and whistles but Sunny made sure to explain all the features and how they work. Price negotiation was easy and I was happy with the result.
