Amazing! Went to AT&T because I was experiencing “not being able to hear” when it was pulled up charging, and the charging issue. Well after being directed to buy a new one...mine is 2 years old. I went to see Andri and she figured out the problem and did it with a smile! And it was only 40.00 instead of another 1000.00. Give them a chance oh and I didn’t have to wait another 1.5 hours! They ROCK!!!
