I think the service was fantastic - the end result was just ok. My home screen button is now higher than my screen and catches on things, and my new screen has a blue/green tint to it - not near the quality of the apple screen. I would have chosen a higher end screen apple factory replacement or better if that choice was given. I think the crew was polite and professional. I think it may be just the nature of replacement parts and repair. The repair was good enough but not perfect. Great customer service.
