They were very helpful--got my laptop going again! My only reservation is that the advert said free diagnostics but when I went in a spoke to to Jack he said at first that there would be a $29.95 deposit and after more talk about the possible problem with the laptop, he said there would be a $35 deposit and if they could fix it and I approved the work, the $35 would be applied to the charge for the work. He called later that day to say they might be able to reboot? it and that would be $100, and if that didn't work, they could put in a new hard drive which would be another $100. Anyway, they were able to fix it with the first procedure and when I came in to pick it up the other person said, "so basically you owe $65, but then charged me $99. I'm so happy they fixed my MacBook Pro but I'm just a bit confused about the charges and pricing, so I left off one star.
