Brought in a hard drive from my computer that died. I explained that I had taken it to several other computer places and they could not get the files extracted from it. Had some important medical files that I was lost without. Richard was amazing, at first he encountered the same problem that everyone else did but after careful consideration, much determination and knowledge he devised a method to extract my files and get them copied to a thumb drive. He was a pleasure to deal with and was very fair with the price. Could not have been happier. Thank You Richard!
