Fast. Curteous. Reasonably priced. Most importsntly, they repair more than just galaxies and iphones. I was told by 3 other repair centers that my moto z was bricked. They fixed it with absolutely no hesitation. I live a couple hours away and their mail-in process was painless. My only suggestion is to provide tracking numbers for those who do mail their phone in.
