The gentleman I spoke to over the phone (Garret) was very professional, courteous and expedient in diagnosing my issue with my MacBook. He had a battery ordered very quickly and called the day it came in so he said that I could bring my laptop in with minimal wait time. I would definitely recommend CPR to anyone needing service on their computer or cell phone. Their service skills has far exceeded the service we have received at the Apple store.
