Came in to replace my iPhone 6 battery, and told me it would only take 30 minutes to do. When I came in for service, I mentioned the front camera was misaligned (very common iPhone 6 issue) and asked how much would it cost to fix it. To my shock, he said there would be NO charge to just realign the camera (since he had to open the phone up anyway). When I tried to explain this issue to other companies, they would quickly conclude the camera was bad and the entire front camera had to be replaced. The fact he was willing to listen and be reasonable was why I brought my phone here. The phone was fixed within 30 minutes ($55), and have had no issues since then. All repairs come with a 6 month warranty. The guy (I believe his name is German) was very professional, friendly, and made me comfortable throughout the entire process. His customer service is why I won't be going anywhere else. A+
