My computer arrow was tracking and clicking spontaneously. It was moving back-and-forth between windows and tabs and opening dialogue boxes. It wasn't allowing me to type in Messenger or other fields. I called CPR and spoke with Eden. She spent over half an hour with me on the phone and, based on my descriptions and explanations, she researched the issue and found the solution. When it was determined that my trackpad is acting up she gave me an estimate for the repair but was conservative in her recommendation… The fix we came up with was workable for me without replacing the trackpad for the time being. If everyone at CPR is as good as she is then you will certainly be satisfied with using them!
