I came in to get my battery replaced on my S7, the battery came in a lot quicker than I expected after having to order it. I got off of work at noon and came in as soon as I could, and was told the repair wouldn't be completed for 3ish hours with a few phones in line to be repaired in front of me. Which I expected and was all fine with me. Personally, I don't like to drive out or be anywhere without my phone just in case of an emergency so I just hung out in the lobby the entire time with my coffee and some snacks. I only came in to get my battery replaced but the technician was so kind and generous enough to replace my screen protector free of charge for my patience, and it was pretty caracked all over too. I was so surprised, I came in knowing full well I'd be waiting a while and was prepared. It was an all around great experience and completely made my day.
