Went in with a water damaged iphone 4 with a personal recommendation from an employee at an AT&T store that they would do good work..and they definitely did. Service was incredibly helpful; they told me exactly what they'd be doing, what they were charging for, and with a good time frame on when everything would be done. I was a bit hesitant at first about paying an up-front, non-refundable assessment fee, but I realize now that I needn't have been. They're are 100% honest and trustworthy, and the niceness of the store and friendliness of the employees reflects that! I went in on a Friday night, thinking I might as well give the store a chance before I had to cough up over $700 for a new iphone (which wouldn't have even had all my contacts and data on it) and screen protector. Walked out Saturday mid-day having paid under $250 for my same phone, which was as good as new, had all my previous information on it, and even got a screen protector given and installed for free!
