Fantastic customer service! I requested a quote online and they provided a reasonable price and a quick time to repair. When I went into the store to request the part be ordered a couple of days later, I told them my name and phone model and they didn't have to look at the computer to know exactly what needed to be done and had already done research on the issue which they recalled. Once the part was ordered, massive storms caused a delay in delivery. CPR kept me informed the entire time. This shows a great commitment to their customers. Once the part was in stock, a repair on a phone that they had never done before was done in 2 hours. A month later, the phone still works great! I cannot say enough good things about Josh and CPR! Thanks again!!!
