I had to replace the battery in my MacBook as it was overheating. It was also swelling out of the trackpad. I scheduled the replacement the rep. ordered the battery and I took it in a week later. It was changed while I was in the store took 15-20 minutes at most because the rep was also waiting on other customers. If I have more repairs needing hardware or for cell phones I will definitely take them to CPR. Quick service, friendly service reps, and minimal cost and minimal time to get it done. It was a great experience for me.
