Great things to come!!!! My wife and I lost our mobile home near Rockport when Hurricane Harvey stuck that area. It was a mobile home, and we decided to begin looking for one to replace it. I happened to contact Mike Schmitzer with the Palm Harbor location Buda, Texas, in October, 2017. Mike continued to stay in touch with me and my wife for months, and I finally made an appointment to meet with Mike in late January, 2018. He was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had about the process. Before we left that day, my wife and I wrote a contract on a new manufactured home.
