While my friend was at work, I took her Moto phone in because it crashed, and Verizon tech support, after a 1/2 hour, wasn't able to help her recover it enough to perform a factory reset before sending back; needed to remove sensitive data. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a reset phone. AWESOME!! Seems to me that Verizon should send their tech support there for training!
