The service here was fantastic. I spoke with Jeff and he was very attentive and listened to what the problem was. There was no running me in circles, it was just clear cut and to the point. My phone’s volume button was stuck and would constantly display the sound widget, blocking my screen. They fixed my phone in an hour and a half, and I have no problems with it.
