After my iPhone went completely dark I thought the phone was dead. I took it to Verizon, of which their only solution was to upgrade me to a new one. Didn’t want to(or didn’t know how to) diagnose the problem with my phone. They suggested I take it to Mac tech. Mac techs solution was to send it out for replacement for $200. I left and went to Verizon to settle for a new phone with none of my old phones contacts/ photos etc. I took my old phone to CPR the next day to see if i could salvage it, they fixed it for 20 bucks in less than an hour.. I was then able to transfer all my info from my old phone to a new one. CPR was friendly, professional, quick and knowledgeable. If I ever have any electronic issues, I’m bringing them straight here every time. I would highly recommend them.
