They did a good job replacing the battery on my phone. I didn't see any noticeable scratches or problems with the casing afterwards, so they did a good job sealing it. When I initially received the phone back, part of the screen lost touch capability, but they fix that on the second try. The price and speed of repair were good. My only issue was that it was sometimes difficult to reach them by email. It would sometimes take a full day before I would receive email responses, and I couldn't always reach them by phone. Leaving a voicemail was the only reliable form of communication.
