I think I got lucky finding CPR. My phone couldn't reach any cell networks and T-Mobile tech said I probably had to buy a new phone, but they directed me to CPR. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly, unseated and reseated my SIM card and restarted the phone and it worked. No Charge! What a nice surprise.
