The service provided by Demetri M was excellent, i felt informed and taken care of through the whole process. My car being washed and detailed was a huge surprise and appreciated. I choose good rating based on my over-all experience with Carite. While this service call was handled professionally, my 'buying" experience was less than stellar. Coming into this repair i felt grossly uninformed and slightly "taken". This gave me pause to a higher overall rating and something i would definitely caution anyone on if asked about Carite. Again, this service call and Demetri was very professional and great customer service.
