I am so grateful for the assistance I received from Rey Jacquez and Ms. DeLeon. They both were patient with me and I did not feel rushed. The experience was pleasant and I did not feel intimidated. Rey kept me informed and help me get the better deal which would benefit me. He was available to answer my questions and very knowledgeable on the vehicle. He also showed me all the details in the vehicle and help me set up my phone hands free, OnStar, and the Buick app. Ms. DeLeon made me feel at ease and she kept on trying to get me financed with someone. I do not have the best credit in the world, but she did not quit on me and I appreciate it. My experience at Gillman in San Benito, TX was the best I have ever been treated in a long time.
