Look, this was my first experience with a phone repair. Above and beyond doesn’t do these guys justice. The Jacksonville store has sold me on doing business in Wilmington and anywhere else these guys are located. They literalllt won’t give up till they find the issue, and pricing is well below industry standard and I’m surprised they don’t lose money on labor cost because when I say they won’t quit, 4 days and multiple hours later my issue cost me 48$. Thank you guys! The entire team deserves a RAISE!
