They were efficient in being able to find a battery replacement on my ipod where no one else could. It's one of the first ipods. I was told by battery plus that this battery was discontinued in 2005. They told me when it would come in and it was there...fully charged. I would refer them to anyone. Their motto....if it has a button....they can fix it.
