I'm a little unsettled that when they returned my phone to me he explained how they had to put it in a heat wrap type machine to re stick it back together and that it could cause damage later so if i get any cracking on the back of my Samsung to bring it in immediately so they can fix it on them... I asked the guy if he had this in writing so i wouldn't have to pay for damages such as this in the future and he told me to not worry about it..... unsettling to say the least.
