My granddaughter had broken her iPhone screen and we stopped in late on a Sunday afternoon to see if we could get it fixed. The staff quickly checked it out, asked some questions to see if there were any other issues, verified they had a new screen available, and quoted a reasonable price for the repair. They also recommended a better glass screen protector, which I appreciated given it's being used by an active 10 year old. They offer a lifetime guarantee on their materials and labor, which is great. We were able to leave it while we completed some other shopping and pick it up in just under 2 hours. When we came to pick it up, we overheard him talking to another customer, letting them know they would finish their repair in about 20 minutes. They were only 10 minutes from closing, but he told the customer that they had committed to finishing her repair so would stay until it was done. He also offered them a bottle of water while they waited. Most places would tell you to come back the next day instead - great service in my opinion. My granddaughter's phone was ready and they had put on her case, which we had brought in not purchased there. The phone looked and worked great - very satisfied with their services and highly recommend them if you need any repairs.
