Staff was incredibly nice, humble and actually gave a damn. Very professional!Thomas helped me with my broken Iphone with all of my questions and ensured me it would be fixed properly.He gave me an exact price and even persuaded me to buy a protective glass screen(was not pushy). Gave me the exact details/specs of the different glass protectors. Best investment ever!!!When picking my phone up he let me inspect it to make sure it was to my satisfaction before taking it home! Thomas was very quick- was able to drop off and run to Homegoods and back! Thomas was very knowledgeable about other electronic questions I had asked for future reference.Would highly recommend him (and the company) to all my friends, family and coworkers in my healthcare field if anyone needed help with there electronics issues/repairs! Store was very clean and as pleasant as it could be!I will be back! Hopefully not to soon lol! Bad habit of throwing/dropping my phone and tablets haha
