I trusted them with my Grand Jeep Cheroke to fix a sunroof issue. well they did indeed fix the roof. but tell me why my Jeep came back to me with black grease all over the back seat (white interior). The work that was getting done was on the front upper Panel. of the car...so why was my car which was in a one shape and came back damaged. I called the service department. And they would not take my phone call. I will never take my Jeep there again. signed a very unhappy customer..

They did work on my jeep my white i car seats ? Not white any more. They messed my seats up with black greese and to top things off they laughed and said no charge.

Bought 2019 chevy trax and had it two days and the check engine light came on Had to take it back to be fixed. Said something to my salesman about the inside not being cleaned up and when you turned on the fan in car smelled like smoke. So took it to stay overnight and pick up later the next day. When i got in i knew the inside did not get cleaned because handprint on dash was still there. I thought they would change the filters in the car for the smoke smell but guess not smell still there and bothers my sinuses. And they cleaned the outside but someone one must of hit the bottom part of front fender when pulling into carwash and snapped the corner of it my son saw it two days later. This is my first time buying here and will be my last. Am going to fix car and see if can trade it in at another dealership

My truck was in for a recall issue and while on location it was damaged. The service manager viewed my video I made when I dropped it off showing no damage at that point. The manager took great care to get my vehicle repaired. I purchased the truck at this dealership and I will return there for my next vehicle.
