We moved interstate from QLD, and from the first contact of obtaining a quote to now being with them for nearly a year, the service was exceptional! They are not only informative about anything new, they always go over and beyond, especially Peter. Peter has been very accommodating and always goes over and beyond. About 3 months ago we received a competitive price from another company and were thinking of moving. Upon calling and advising Peter, he not only matched the price, but allowed us to continue that rate for 3 months (till our exit time). I would highly recommend Storage King Marsden Park. Having recently moved an existing storage unit from another site I was familiar with Storage King in general being a long term customer elsewhere. I contacted the Marsden Park site and was immediately impressed with their Store Manager Peter. He was friendly, informative, answered all my questions and all with a smile. Showed me around, nothing was too much trouble. Absolute superb customer Service. I found the facilities top rate, clean and tidy. Competitively priced. Even the gardens were Well kept (seen Peter attending to this as well). Would thoroughly recommend Marsden Park site to anyone. Thanks Peter for a positive experience. Donna

Great to deal with you all. From the beginning to actual storage of items, the staff at Caringbah are the best. Helpful, great communication and assistance when required. The facility itself is well kept and clean. Happy to recommend to anyone who is considering using their services.

What an experience. Tim and Angie are absolute legends. They went over and above to organise my storage and receive a delivery of a kit shed which they had to store piece by piece all in a matter of hours. I can't believe they did that for me and also can't believe they did it with just the two of them. This is by far the best customer service I have received. I owe you guys. Thanks a million.
