The facility is beautiful. There is a few downfall about it which is you dont get phone reception inside the facility, there is no vending machine and the toilets are very dirty....

Highly recommend Storage King Remuera! Excellent customer service bar none! Needed a storage space to declutter, sent an enquiry via the website, and received text next day to drop by and see sizes that fit. Pete talked me through the process as well as brought me round the facility and showed me a few storage spaces, before finding one that met my needs --- Tip; best to see for yourself (especially if first time storage user) as difficult to visualise what the storage space look like. Storage on the upper floors is not a problem, trolleys and lifts available. Also easy access to facility after office hours. Key differentiator: excellent customer service, thanks Pete!

Booked a storage unit and payed for it, arrived with a truck full of furniture and the swipe card or code won't open the gate, so now have a truck on my verge, full of furniture. Rang the company who hung up twice, third time was told they would ring back in 10.00 minutes or 2 hours, 4 hours later, no response. Would not recommend.

Very helpful and friendly staff , who seem to always be cheerful ! This place is perfect with 24hour access to your own secure alarmed storage! For all your storage needs , big or small, go check them out !!
