Had to urgently move homes, due to COVID and unforeseen circumstances. Mark and his team at Storage Kings, made this process stress and hassle free. He gave me a lot of advise and really reassured me with the process. I would recommended this storage kings to anyone and I highly rate the team and the solid effort and attention to detail they have with customers. God bless you all. Thanks you so much.

Buys out the storage place I was using fails to tell me that they did so lost 1 month's payment Locke's me out of the complex and can't let me in because they are in Melbourne worst experience ever. I didn't want to go with storage king due to this exactly

Absolutely appalling.... went with my mother in law only to find they have renovated and cut her lock off, moved all her belongings out of the unit and been thrown back in damaging many items! They didn't even put a replacement lock on... Beyond a joke, expect legal action to be taken! Avoid at all costs
