Little disappointed with the management attitude. My payment didn't go through I rang them to advice I was coming Friday to make the payment, which I did today. Now the guy that I spoke to over the phone said it was ok and I wouldn't be charged late fee because I made contact and explain I was paying in catch on Friday today, so when I arrived my code number wasn't working I went inside and explain to the management, if he could let me in so I could let the boys in the truck unload and I will come back to the office and pay him, well he's attitude wasn't very nice then he charged me the late fee, I explained what the other guy had said and he just said he's new he doesn't know much. That's not fair mate you should honer his word. He just made a little witch upset

I cannot recommend the team from Storage King Revesby more highly. We rented a storage unit for three months between the sale and purchase of our homes. Leslie and Ashlie were outstanding with their assistance in getting the right unit for a great price. They were incredibly friendly and greeted us by name each time we visited the unit or the office to purchase boxes etc. Thank you ladies!
