I’ve never in my life had such amazing customer service and such a good experience with a storage facility. Robyn went above and beyond for what was a truly draining day as is most moving days. She was courteous. Professional. Helpful. Whatever she said she was going to do. She did. The true mettle of a business is when something doesn’t go quite right. She is outstanding in Navigating an issue with the truck I had booked. She made sure nothing effected me. The 3 tonne truck was so easy to drive and fit my half garage worth of items in very well. She also is extremely protective of your goods. I came back in a friends Ute. So not the car on my details. She locked down the facility to insure it was me accessing my items (due to a separation she extra looked after me I think. Lol) The facility is brand new. Lovely trolleys that handle like a dream. Clean. Easy access and pricing is right on point. It is in a spot on its own, so no huge commercial precinct to navigate around. I highly recommend Storage King North Lakes. Thank you.
