Thu's customer service was exceptional—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand my needs. I felt like I was in great hands, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I find it very easy to enter, leave and load up as Maple Leaf Storage is very accommodating , it is very well lit in the storage unit area, and their always flat carts availible to load your belongings on, so that you may take them to your vehicle. I would highly recommand Maple Leaf Storage to any one in need, especially those that live in the Tri- City area.
