This was a great location with helpful staff. I never had any issues accessing the site, nor did I ever experience any site security issues. As a long-term tenant, the only downside was how much the monthly cost went up each year. I would still recommend this place for people looking to store their goods.

The storage is clean and super safe, especially the one on Comercial Dr. It's very good because it has an excellent location and the staff is very friendly, understanding, attentive, and helpful at all times needed.

Maple Leaf Self Storage on Coast Meridian in PoCo is a well-maintained facility. We feel confident storing items there. The staff is consistently courteous and helpful. One thing that's too bad—there used to be a washroom on the ground floor of the building we have our locker in, by the elevator, but this has been locked and is not in use any longer. The alternate washroom, in another building, now requires a key from the front desk.
