Amazing staff and service at this Location

This is an excellent choice for self-storage. The staff truly provide the best customer service and constantly go above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of. They are incredibly helpful and even assist with accepting deliveries directly to our unit, which is a huge convenience. Communication is seamless, as they respond quickly to all email inquiries. On top of that, the entire building interior is spotless, neat, and has a great, new-looking appearance.

Every staff member I have encountered has been friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I especially want to recognize Sonia, who consistently goes above and beyond. We are sick of loading and unloading our business from our apartment and all the stairs it entailed… LUCKILY at maple leaf storage WE DONT HAVE THAT PROBLEM NO MORE! Not only do you have the easiest access to loading/unloading bays, but a vast selection of carts for all your storage needs as well as 3 elevators to various floors! This alone has saved us time and heartache. Our storage unit is everything we needed and hoped for!
