Our family has used Maple Leaf Storage in West Vancouver for more than ten years. The facility is consistently clean, well lit and secure, with no food waste or anything that might attract pests. My wife and kids, from high school through university, have always felt safe dropping off or picking up items on their own. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The units are bright and airy, which makes it easy to see what you’re doing and reorganize your belongings. The halls are wide, so moving larger items is straightforward. The covered loading bays are a lifesaver when you’re hauling out Christmas boxes on a wet December night. In summer, the units stay cool enough that heat and humidity have never damaged anything we’ve stored. Highly recommended.

Excellent service with good price We needed a place to store some items for three months, and after searching online and visiting several in person, we finally chose this self-storage . 1，Very affordable price; monthly price (not four weeks) , and online payments are supported. 2， Clean and tidy. 3，Very convenient access. If your storage unit is on the second floor (even better price), there is an elevator and large flatbed carts; the storage area has spacious aisles and two main entrances. 4，Lockers are open from 6 AM to 9 PM. 5，Safe and secure: password required for entry and out, and there are security cameras also. 6，If you need to move out, you only need to give one week's notice. Manager Kelly was warm and friendly, patiently showing us the various sizes and prices of the storage units and how many items could be stored. She is very happy to provide customer service. Thanks.

The staff Kelly and Jona have been most kind and helpful! Jona was very patient helping me answer all my questions and get me signed up for a storage unit. The units are very clean, well lit and I feel very confident with the security of the place. The best price I could find and it's easily accessible. Moving everything in was a breeze! Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a self storage place.
