Our business rents quite a few units here, we have lots of different staff always coming and going and Neeta at the front desk is always SO helpful, patient, truly goes above and beyond she is wonderful!

Super friendly staff and great location!

I have had storage units off and on over a number of years and Maple Leaf Capilano is by the far the best I've ever had - Why? Access is easy - no stairs to climb, no elevators - the entire facility is on one level with nice wide passages (very easy to load, unload etc) - lots of dollies if you require them - its dry - no unloading and loading in the rain. I have found the staff at this location very customer oriented - Steve the facility manager sets an extremely high bar for all his employees. Lastly the rates are very competitive. If you need a storage unit I highly recommend this one.
