Excellent. Tracey, the assistant manager was expeditious, explained the terms of agreement, and showed me how to get in, stash stuff, and leave. Moving my bins was really easy and took way less time than expected.

Outstanding shameless customer service you wouldn't believe it - it's not often that a person or company really goes above and beyond and bends over to help customer as if they were a real person but this is one of them.
