Friendly staff. Good pricing and lots of options per your requirement. There is a mandatory insurance which is not shown on the website pricing. Only drawback is you have to exit before 9pm. Overall had a good experience.

Very good storage facility and staff

My organization has been with Maple Leaf Self-Storage - Wall street for over 10 years and found it excellent. Our locker was on the second floor but easy to get to with the elevator and the numerous 'luggage trolleys one could boo row to move the big, awkward items: some big lumber posts, wires, small fridge, boxes of stationery supplies, folding chairs - all fit nicely in the high ceiling storage area. The hallways are brightly lit, kept clean and cool in the summer time. But best of all are the front desk Office staff who are flexible and handle all sorts of personal requests needed by the various members of our team who used the Locker over these many years.

I was here back in summer and was Karena helped me and I couldn’t decide at the time , now after few months later I came back and reserved a unit through karena again, she is very kind and professional and also very understanding! I’m feeling very comfortable dealing with this company cause they are not pushy and very patiently explaining everything since I’m the first time to get a storage units. thumb up and thanks !
