    The staff is friendly, the units are clean, I've never had mouse problems and there's water and coffee available at the front desk. So that's 4 for 4 better than Public Storage which is where I was located before this.

    The staff are very helpful, and Clint always provides warm, welcoming service whenever I visit the storage facility. The security system feels very reliable, and they offer the best deal in the city. Highly recommend!

    **UPDATE** KATHY is amazing and totally rectified the situation. I would still be cautious to avoid the headache I went through. But I am very pleased with how the situation was dealt with after getting in contact with management.* Absolutely brutal experience. I was verbally told by staff that my storage rental would cost around $200 total for THREE MONTHS and that I would not owe another payment during that time. I even had a witness standing beside me who heard the exact same thing. Then suddenly I’m being told I owe additional monthly payments plus late fees because apparently it was only “50% off the first month.” Funny how that was never explained when they were getting me to sign. What made this even worse was that after I disputed these charges by email, they denied me access to my storage locker and refused to let me remove my own valuables unless I made payment first. Holding my personal belongings hostage while there was an active dispute over misleading charges is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Either the staff are horribly trained, intentionally misleading customers, or management simply does not care what customers are told as long as contracts get signed. The complete refusal to take accountability for the misinformation was shocking. Instead of acknowledging the obvious miscommunication, they immediately jumped to fees, balances, penalties, and restricting access to my belongings. If you rent here, RECORD EVERYTHING, get every promise in writing, and do not trust verbal pricing explanations from staff. Read every line yourself because what you’re told in person may magically change afterward. Needless to say, I emptied my unit and will never use this company again.
