Very helpful staff . Both Rhonda and Clint are wonderful and always happy to give a lending hand. Location is also very central and easy to get to and the hours are now very good. I was actually all geared up to leave a 5 star review for Maple Leaf after closing my unit with them yesterday but unfortunately when I brought my stuff home and was able to take a look at it my opinion changed. I had a wooden chest (handmade and very sentimental to me) stored in there for around a year and unfortunately the moisture/ humidity warped the wood in some spots and the lid no longer closes. I recognize that it is my fault for placing something that special to me in storage for a year, but naively I thought it would be safer against humidity. We also noticed mouse droppings while removing the items and informed the staff (they said not to worry, they sweep after each tenent). The mice got into some of my duffel bags and chewed clothing and left droppings over most of my things after inspection. I certainly didn't bring them with me, and in the hallways you can see many mouse traps. Is this normal? Should I have to go through everything and clean it all? I kind of thought the point was that I was paying over 200$/ month for somewhere safe and clean and dry to store my things for a while. All that being said, the staff are very courteous.

Ben provided excellent service at Maple Leaf Storage. He was efficient, clear, and handled the entire account and storage setup quickly. Very cooperative throughout the process and made everything straightforward. Professional, helpful, and reliable.
