If I can give a zero star I would. My friend has been trying to make a payment on her account online, she is out of the country but her credit card expired. She has been paying for over 5 years without any issues and now they are forcing her to go in person to pay for it without giving her the option to pay online since it it past due. How can she go in person when she is out of the country?? This is the most ridiculous, non-sense I've ever experienced. Worst company ever.
