Very clean facilities and very friendly staff. Every time I go in they say hello. When I first moved my stuff into the locker, it came up in conversation that I was driving to the interior the next day. The manager emailed me the next day wishing us safe travels which I thought was very considerate given how many clients they have. I would absolutely recommend this facility!

I have rented for a few years and yes some good customer service initially but then it completely changed especially one employee , Alain , never friendly , always seemed bent out of shape if I had any questions. It was his continued attitude , and the office not responding to emails in a timely manner and then only one word or one sentence replies , that I finally decided I wanted to cancel my storage with them. The other employees were really not any better . I even saw Alain on the day I was moving out on May 31, no hi no nothing just a sarcastic comment, “good day to move out” …as it had been raining non stop. I was really disappointed in the customer service after being such a long time customer.
