Excellent customer service. Kelly was a delight to work with, she gave me the options and also saved me a nice ground level locker where I store things securely. Great facility with access codes to enter/exit and proper lighting provided in each storage unit. Much better peace of mind than storing in someone's garage or those highly breakable condo/apt storage units.

Kelly and Jona have been very helpful in securing a locker for our needs and always are friendly and courteous. I will continue using them. I have used Maple Leaf Storage at Wall Street for multiple stretches of time over the last decade living in Vancouver and I absolutely love them. The staff are all so friendly and kind and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and it’s located in a convenient part of the city where I can easily pick up what I need on my way into or out of the city.
