For 15 years I have used Taylor Way, MLS West Vancouver storage and have always been completely satisfied with the place! The level of cleanliness and service offered by every worker and management has always been spot on - even when I messed up and did not leave at closing time and caused a big ruckus! Even then the manager was decent with me and though he was stern he was most gracious. Great people. The facilities are very well kept and the security is perfect. I never felt concerned about my safety or my belongs safety. If you want a good place to store your stuffs I highly recommend West Vancouver Maple Leaf Storage. #1 in my books!! I had stage lockers in other places in north Vancouver and elsewhere; this one by far was the cleanest, most comfortable, with most helpful staff by far. I specifically want to thank Steve who helped us in our toughest day of moving. I’ll never forget how empathetic and considerate he was.

I am very happy with the service at the Highway 1 Location, the woman who got my locker set up for me was incredibly thorough, helpful, and transparent. Their phone service is fast, well informed, and serviceable. They also gave me a few days grace period to get my items out before my move which was really appreciated. It’s a bit expensive but so is everything else in Vancouver! I felt super safe and secure leaving my things there.
