I met with James Bobik in person and via email regarding renting a storage locker at the Quebec St location. He confirmed availability, price, and sent the application form. A week later, I received an email denying my application. No reason given. I called him, and he states it was head office decision, and gave no help or advice. How can an application for a storage locker be denied? Does this happen often? He refused to answer any question. Not sure how this happens. I had already arranged a move with delivery to their facility and now need to change everything for no reason. James hung up on me after giving some competitors. I'm upset and this place demonstrates the worst customer service. No reason, arbitrary, and this is after CONFIRMING everything is available. There is no conceivable reason to deny the application, its storing some condo furniture and I am a physician in the community with no credit risk or criminal history.

We were really happy with Capilano Maple Leaf Storage for our short term needs. Great people and very convenient.

Friendly staffs. Clean, bright, and secure environment. Can't ask for anymore.
