Tracey and Chris are phenomenal. I couldn't be more happy. They helped me out when I was in a tight pinch and made every process smooth. Customer service is amazing and the facility is a clean and organized. I recommend them to anyone that needs storage space whether it's for business or personal.

Tracy was the most helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and overall sweet customer service representative I’ve talked to in a while for any service industry. The ladies that operate this place are absolutely 100% on top of their game. The site is always clean, they provide the necessary upgrades required as equipment wears out - hand carts on site. Any interactions with them has always been very pleasant and outcomes 100% positive.

I can’t say enough good things about this storage facility! Kelly helped us went above and beyond — she was kind, patient, and truly cared about helping us get settled. She even stayed late to make sure we had everything we needed and that our unit was ready to go. It’s rare these days to find that level of dedication and customer service. The place is clean, secure, and well-run, but it’s the amazing staff that really makes the difference. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage facility with people who actually care!
