The team at Maple Leaf storage is incredible and super helpful. The process started from my online inquiry, and with a prompt follow up from the team member Josiah. When eventually I got into their office to inquire more about the rental process, the Store Manager Sherry was very friendly and explained the process and started the paperwork for us, and Samantha was also very helpful finishing the paperwork towards the end of the process. They did not try to 'up sell me to get a larger space, and also gave practical advice. The facility is well maintained and pretty secured. Thank you to the Maple Leaf storage team at commercial drive for making this experience a good one!

I and my friends were helping an elderly lady to store her belongings. Well. I must say that we were blown away by this modern facility in the price, pristine environment, security and services rendered. This was at the Blackfoot facility. The lady who spoke with a heavy accent made sure we understood everything B4 signing the contract. She even gave us her personal contact after hours should we need any emergency assistance. Now where can you get that kind of service ?!? You have to admire the people that run this facility. They know what business is all about. You make your customer deliriously happy.
