I needed a small storage area to store extras from a much larger home, that I was not ready to give up. After going online to compare what was available here in Langley, I decided to make some calls. Some companies had answering machines, that took basic information with the promise to return my call but never did. Some companies had nothing available for my situation, so were very quick to end my call. No conversation of what help they could give me. Finally I called Maple Leaf Storage in Langley. There my call got answered immediately with a friendly and professional staff member. That was the voice of Diane Dawson, Store Manager. Diane listened carefully to my concerns and asked the correct questions to be able to advise what might work best for me. She was curtious, and I felt answered the phone with a smile. I immediately drove to the location and met with Diane where I was not disappointed. Once I had decided what I needed Diane filled out all the paperwork, presented me with a complete and informative portfolio for future reference.
